WLAN - Cloud Emergency Call System
You can use our WLAN solutions wherever a mobile phone does not work but a WLAN network is available.
Our emergency call device TMM-14 W can log into your local WLAN network and trigger a manual or automatic emergency call in various situations. This emergency call is forwarded via the WLAN to our cloud control centre and processed there.
For emergency call initiation, we use the WLAN Emergency Call - TMM-14 W
This device can connect to the emergency call centre via WLAN or via LTE / 4G / 3G / 2G and thus trigger an emergency call cascade or control any process.
This device has a manual emergency call trigger, an automatic fall detection, a location alarm, a rest alarm and can switch on a siren for easier location. It is IP67 waterproof, can determine its position even inside buildings with the help of Bluetooth beacons and warns when the battery is low.

For areas without mobile phone network coverage
In areas where there is insufficient mobile phone network coverage, you can use your internal WLAN for emergency call forwarding. Our emergency call device TMM-14 W can be connected to your WLAN and use this for signal transmission. The alarm signal is processed in our cloud server.
Our cloud server is connected to a sip gate and, as soon as our server receives an emergency signal, it can make phone calls from the Internet, start an emergency cascade and send SMS.
For this solution you only need our personal emergency call system TMM-14 W, a service contract
and can protect their employees, even in areas without sufficient mobile phone signal coverage.
