You can set up and configure our modular solutions on your own.
There are almost no limits to the possible uses of our emergency call devices. The large SOS button can be used to alert your emergency call centre at any time. All devices comply with the IP67 standard and are dust and waterproof. Our devices also have various types of automatic alarm triggering.
In the event of an alarm, up to ten, freely configurable, telephone numbers are called and an SMS with the current location information is sent at the same time.

You want to cover a lone worker quickly and easily?
You can use any of our emergency call devices for this purpose.
Our emergency call devices use the mobile network and therefore require their own SIM card.
No data is transmitted, phone calls and SMS are sufficient for operation.
Once you have inserted the SIM card into the emergency call device, you can configure from any smartphone.
To do this, send an SMS in a specific format to the device and it will acknowledge the command with a confirmation SMS or an error message.
The units come pre-configured, so all you need to do is enter phone numbers to call in an emergency.
For the sole worker protection, we also recommend switching on one or more automatic alarm types.
(This is all explained in the manual, otherwise our technical support is also available).
For employee protection, we particularly recommend the mandown alarm.
This automatic alarm has proven itself in practice to be a fast and reliable indicator that reacts quickly and reliably in critical situations.
If a person lies down for a longer period of time, a pre-alarm is triggered after a freely adjustable time interval. During the pre-alarm, you can either press the SOS button to cancel the alarm or simply raise the device.
If the pre-alarm is not cancelled, the unit sends an SMS with the current position to all stored telephone numbers. At the same time, it starts calling the first telephone number. It rings for 25 seconds and if no one answers the call during this time, it hangs up and dials the next phone number.
This is repeated until one of the telephone numbers answers the emergency call.
Now you can talk to the person via the hands-free system, or if the person is unresponsive, you will see a map with the current position of the person in the SMS. You will also receive the exact longitude and latitude information in order to be able to initiate rescue measures.
With some of our models, you can also activate a siren, which makes it easier to locate a person in conspicuous areas.
They can also call their staff via our emergency call devices at any time. In this case, the emergency call devices behave like normal telephones. They ring and vibrate until someone answers the call.
Many lone workers' workplaces can thus be considerably safeguarded by simple and inexpensive measures.

Manual release
Each of our emergency call devices is equipped with a large emergency call button that you can press at any time.
Fall detection
The fall detection in hands independently detects a fall based on acceleration vectors and a subsequent rest phase.
Location alert
The location alarm is a very reliable type of emergency situation detection, it is automatically triggered when the employee is lying down for a preset time.
Quiet alarm
Activates when a person does not move for a longer period of time.
Technical alarm
For increased safety, some of our devices have a technical alarm that immediately informs the wearer if the connection to the emergency call centre is interrupted.
Pre-alarm
All our automatic alarms have a pre-alarm that allows the wearer to cancel a false alarm.

We also have special solution for special requirements.
For areas without mobile phone coverage, you can use our WLAN solution. In this case, the emergency call can be received via your company's internal WLAN.
With satellite positioning, it is often no longer visible which floor you are on. In this case, you can use our Bluetooth transmitters / beacons to carry out an assignment.

Personal emergency call systems via the mobile phone network - PNA 11
Our emergency call devices use mobile phone networks to forward an emergency call and to establish a voice connection. For this purpose, each emergency call device is equipped with a SIM card.
The emergency call devices can either connect directly to a telephone number or the alarm message can be sent digitally to an IOT server for processing.
Our units offer numerous parameters with which they can be adapted to your specific needs.
PNA emergency call systems via the WLAN
For areas where no mobile network is accessible, or radio holes exist, you can use our WLAN emergency call system.
This transmitter can dial in via your WLAN and send an emergency call.
The emergency call can either go to a phone number, or be processed automatically.

Indoor location of employees
Sometimes the position of an employee is not known, but extremely important in an emergency. Outdoor positioning is usually very accurate via GPS satellites.
However, it can be problematic in buildings, where satellite positioning is usually not possible.
Here, tracking can be done via Bluetooth beacons. These are small Bluetooth 5 transmitters that are placed at strategic locations. These transmitters run for years on 2 standard pen batteries.
IOT signal processing
A WLAN emergency call device can establish a connection to our emergency call centre located on the Internet via your internal WLAN and start automatic processes.
For example, you can use our TMM-14 W to send voice messages or text messages to landline numbers and mobile phones via your local WLAN.

Our WLAN emergency call centre, in cooperation with TMM-14 W, can immediately evaluate an emergency call signal and initiate an appropriate response.
